The co-existence of GMPs, conventional and organic farming is a complex model to apply and manage. Training is a fundamental instrument, also in order to minimize the hazard of legal controversies, which, as also mentioned by the European Commission, are quite frequent. Training must be aimed at both supply chain operators and co-existence managers.
